To your enemy, forgiveness;

To your boss, service;

To a child, a good example;

To your parents, gratitude and devotion;

To your mate, love and faithfulness;

To all men and women, charity;

and To God, your life.

‘Live each day as if it’s your last’, that was the conventional advice, but really, who had the energy for that? What if it rained or you felt a bit glandy? It just wasn’t practical. Better by far to simply try and be good and courageous and bold and to make a difference. Not change the world exactly but the bit around you. Go out there with your passion. Work hard at something. Change lives through art maybe. Cherish your friends, stay true to your principles, live passionately and fully well. Experience new things. Love and be loved, if you ever get the chance.

you are beautiful.

I love you because…
you are exceptionally intelligent.

I love you because…
you are the best cook.

I love you because…
you bring me to utmost ecstasy.

I love you because…

Love 1 not 2 but love the 1 who loves u 2.

Love not 3 nor 4 but love the 1 who loves u more.

Love n0t 5 nor 6 but love the 1 who really stick.

Broken Heart

A broken heart needs healing
A broken heart needs hope
A broken heart needs comfort
While it’s learning how to cope.
A broken heart needs safety
A shelter filled with peace
A place where it’s okay to cry
And find a sweet release.
Where loving arms are open
Where one can find a friend
Here in the warmth of unconditional love
The broken heart will mend.

God wants us to know ….

There is an ebb and flow to this life. Trust this peaceful rhythm. If there were constant flow, we would drown in the intensity. Ebb is as necessary as flow.
For this is wisdom – to love and live,
To take what fate or the gods may give,
To ask no question, to make no prayer,
To kiss the lips and caress the hair,
Speed passion’s ebb as we greet its flow,
To have and to hold, and, in time let go…

“If there is love, there is hope to have real families, real brotherhood,

real equanimity, real peace.

If the love within your mind is lost, if you continue to see other beings as enemies,

then no matter how much knowledge or education you have,

no matter how much material progress is made, only suffering and confusion will ensue.”

“Human beings will continue to deceive and overpower one another.

Basically, everyone exists in the very nature of suffering,

so to abuse or mistreat each other is futile.

The foundation of all spiritual practice is love.

          That you practice this well is my only request.”

Dalai Lama
